Guest have access to the entire home except the locked areas or garage studio. Guest have freedom to the back yard pool basketball court, volleyball court, dock as well as the outdoor kitchen area. The home closets are ALL OFF LIMITS! THE GARAGE IS OFF LIMITS unless booked separately. THERE IS NO STREET PARKING. All guest cars must fit in the homes driveway.
Upon checkin, a credit card will be held on file for incidentals. YOU MUST HAVE A MAJOR CREDIT CARD AT THE TIME OF CHECKIN IN ORDER TO OBTAIN THE KEYS. The property provides a lot of amenities and a credit card is required to assure the protection and convenience for both parties.
