Welcome to The Downtown Penthouse! The 400 Sq Meter Penthouse is ideal for for a couple, a family or a large group who want a luxurious stay in a true NY Penthouse with lots of space.
We can accommodate up to 8 persons in 4 bedrooms. We strictly only allow the number of guests you book to enter into the building. All guests will be required to register with us and only booked guests can enter the building. Names are given to our 24 hour security and concierge.
We do not allow more guests to use the penthouse without an additional event fee charge which is available upon request.
The Penthouse is a fraction of what you would pay for a 4 Bedroom suite in a 5 Star Hotel! Our Building has all the top amenities of a five-star hotel including a beautiful new swimming pool, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi media room, lounge area, children’s play area, large gymnasium and even massage rooms.

THE PENTHOUSE
The Famous “The Downtown Penthouse” is high in the Sky on the 50th Floor with the most incredible views of New York and the Statue of Liberty.
This ultimate private designer pad located in the heart of Downtown adjacent to the Freedom Tower in New York’s Financial District. Just read our reviews. Surrounded by designer shops like Gucci, Hermès, Louis Vuitton with 4 Bedrooms each with spectacular views.
This 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom + entertainment / media room (which can sleep a further 2 on a sodabeds) accommodates a maximum of 8 guests. The Penthouse creates a gracious and elegant setting perfect for any trip to New York. With 400 SqMeters of pure entertaining space, the elegantly appointed Penthouse is set with dramatic views of New York. The Penthouse is made up of many separate areas with designer furniture and state of the art sound and vision fitted throughout.
The Penthouse is in a fully equipped building that has its own gym, pool and lounge areas.
Fitted with sound and light along with an 86 inch HD TV as well as media room and an electric hidden TV in the Master bedroom. The Penthouse has 980 MB Wifi Internet throughout providing amazing speed as well as full Cable TV with hundreds of channels.
Allow me to walk you through the Penthouse. Head up to the 50th Floor by high speed Elevator to your private penthouse. As you walk in Art adorns the walls and opens to a stunning great room (1,500 SF) with designer art pieces adorning the floor to ceiling glass walls. There are large flood lit exposures, 10 seat dining area and open plan chefs kitchen with custom cabinetry and stone counter tops and centre kitchen bar seating 4.
A 14 seat Sofa with 86 inch HD TV facilities fills the front part of the room. The rest of the room is filled with Art and further searing areas leading into the dining room
In the next area are two further massive master bedroom suites with a wall of windows, a king size bed and private ensuite bathroom each with their own Jacuzzi and walk in shower.
The 1200 SqFt main Master bedroom suite has an amazing marble bathroom as well as a two person shower, steam room and a Sauna. Sit in the bath tub and stare out across New York City with views of the freedom Tower and even the Empire State Building. All this is complimented by a hidden 60 inch HD TV and other state of the art electronics.
A walk way then leads into the sitting area of the Master-bedroom entertaining / relaxing space complete with chill out areas.
Designed by acclaimed architects and featured in fashion Magazines, the Penthouse is New Yorks premiere downtown pad. This impressive Penthouse has exceptional attention to detail and spatial flow makes this a remarkably elegant space. A home that is both a showplace & a retreat from the frenetic pace of the city. Parking is available with a public car park just a few doors away.

PRIVATE EVENTS / SHOOTS
The 4000 SqFt Penthouse is ideal for press events, business conferences, dinner parties or shoots. However this is not permitted for a standard booking.
If you intend to have any more than the number of guests you have booked for coming to the Penthouse (even just visiting) you must notify us at the time of booking to obtain event pricing or afterwards to get a quote and authorization.
Photo shoots & Events
Costs start at $2500.00 per day for photo shoots / $5000 for video shoots and from $7,500 for events up to 20 persons to $25,000 for events up to 100 persons.
Events are classed as any time you require the Loft for the use of 8 or more guests. (This includes guests staying at the Penthouse).
This is strictly monitored by our doorman and by CCTV.
DAILY CLEANING CHARGE
There is a fixed $75 charge for the daily maid service. This covers daily housekeeping & all linen and laundry charges at the Penthouse.
If you require additional hours for shopping, cleaning of clothes or baby sitting, this is available at $25 per hour.
The daily house keeping fee is to be paid locally direct to Diana at the end of your stay and covers 3 hours of cleaning each day. Please note, there is no charge made for your check in day and your check out day “deep clean” is provided by a team of cleaners and is already covered in the cleaning fee Paid when booking.
Housekeeping is normally conducted between 1pm – 4pm. If you would like a different time please let Diana know when you check in.
If you could kindly leave on the kitchen table before you leave the $75 per day housekeeping payment. You are not obligated to leave a gratuity, but if you have found the service excellent it is always really appreciated.
